What to expect from a Kids Journey.

Kids enjoy their own personalized sessions. I work in a very relaxing and comfortable
environment so that they will feel right at home.
If they want to play during the sessions, we play and do the session at the same time.
Other children may choose to sit quietly and listen through the session.
Children can bring a favorite toy or thing if they choose. They will have crayons and
drawing papers available during the entire session.
A Kids Journey takes about one hour to complete. We will draw and talk before and after
the process. Children always have a mentor on their journeys, just like adults, their
mentors are usually superheroes!
The children discover the cell memory that is driving their painful or sad
emotions, perplexing behavior, or an illness. The process encourages the child to express
emotions and to forgive the people involved with their issue, as well as themselves.
Parents are asked to wait in another room or to return after one hour.
Some children share their journeys with their parents and some kids may choose to
